About EPS Buildings
Energy Panel Structures was established in 1981 in Albert Lea, MN, originally manufacturing insulated wall panels for the agricultural market. After multiple expansions, EPS moved in 1988 to a purpose-built 40,000 sq ft plant in Graettinger, Iowa, and has expanded several times since.
EPS panels purchased for DreamStart projects are factory-cut at the Graettinger, Iowa facility, precision CNC-cut to your exact building plans before delivery to your site.
EPS is 100% Employee Owned and a wholly owned subsidiary of the MacArthur Company of St. Paul, MN. Their Solid-Core SIP panels combine an EPS foam core with OSB skins: an airtight, load-bearing system that outperforms traditional framing on every metric.
