How the Partnership Works
When a client you introduce goes on to build a Homestead Shell, that introduction is attributed to you. We keep the structure simple and transparent for our partners.
Clear, Partner-First Terms
An eligible referral earns 3% of documented actual EPS panel material costs after the panel purchase is verified. Existing customers are marked as duplicates and do not qualify.
What the 3% is calculated on
The affiliate fee is 3% of documented actual EPS panel material costs only. It excludes the fixed $20,000 package procurement amount, DreamStart services, and GC labor. DreamStart pays the affiliate directly whether the customer buys panels through a GC or directly.
A Program Built to Be Fair

A Simple Introduction Is All It Takes
You don't manage the project, quote pricing, or know anything about construction. You make the introduction; DreamStart handles design and documentation, and gets SIP panels ordered and delivered for the local builder the client hires to set. The owner contracts separately with the GC for assembly; DreamStart works with the owner to find the best GC but does not contract with that builder.Your partner terms are set out privately in your approved-partner agreement.
How the Partnership Is Documented
Every introduction is tracked. We compare exact normalized email and phone information against customers already known to DreamStart, communicate duplicate decisions, and record the verified EPS panel purchase, route, source reference, and affiliate fee.

What Partners Agree To
The program is built on honest introductions — not sales tactics. Here's what we ask of partners:
- Share your partner link or introduce by name/email — no cold outreach tactics required
- Don't promise specific pricing to clients — prices depend on size, options, and location
- Don't represent DreamStart in writing (contracts, proposals) without prior approval
- Disclose your partner relationship to clients if relevant to your profession (e.g., if you're a licensed agent)
- Only introduce clients who are genuinely interested in building — not tire-kickers
What DreamStart Commits To
- Track every client linked to your partner code or direct introduction
- Communicate clearly at each step of your introduction
- Record the documented EPS panel materials, purchase route, and affiliate fee when a panel purchase is verified
- Tell you when a submission is a duplicate without exposing another customer's information
- Never work around an introduction attribution once it's established
- Keep your partner link active as long as you're in the program
Common Questions
How is my affiliate fee calculated, and who pays me?
After the panel purchase is verified, DreamStart pays you 3% of documented actual EPS panel material costs. The fee excludes the fixed $20,000 package procurement amount, DreamStart services, and GC labor. DreamStart pays you whether the customer buys panels through a GC or directly.
What if I introduce someone who doesn't move forward for 6 months?
Attribution lasts 12 months from first contact. If your client moves forward within 12 months of their first interaction linked to your introduction, that introduction remains attributed to you under your approved-partner agreement.
Can I introduce someone from another state?
Yes. DreamStart provides shell planning, documentation, and panel ordering and delivery in Missouri and nearby states. Owners hire a local builder to set the delivered panels and perform assembly — DreamStart is not a general contractor and does not self-perform, vet, select, match, refer, or contract with the GC. Panel delivery can be arranged across the continental US. Panel package introductions are welcome in the program too.
What if my client changes their mind after moving forward?
Your attribution is defined in your approved-partner agreement. Cancellations are handled according to those written terms, which are provided to you before you introduce anyone.
Do I need an LLC or business to join?
No — you don't need to be incorporated. Any documentation required to formalize your partnership is handled privately as part of your approved-partner agreement.
Is there a limit on how many people I can introduce?
No limit. Introduce us to one great client or twenty — every introduction is tracked and attributed to you.
Can I introduce friends and family?
Yes, as long as they're genuinely interested in building. We'll treat them exactly like any other client — full transparency on pricing and process.
